SAFE Association invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the project titled:

“Collection, Cutting, Compressing, Loading, and Storing of Assembled Vehicles and Machinery”

Implemented in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme/Programme of Assistance to the Palestinian People (UNDP/PAPP) and funded by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in accordance with the detailed conditions in the tender documents.

• Interested companies can obtain tender documents from 25/08/2026 until 06/09/2026 between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM (Gaza time). (Interested bidders must be classified by the Palestinian Contractors Union (Category I, II, or III - Roads, Infrastructure, or Buildings) and must provide a copy of the classification certificate to receive the tender documents).
• A pre-bid meeting to discuss any inquiries will be held on 30/08/2026 at 1:00 PM at SAFE Association's main office (Gaza, Al-Saraya, Abu Sha'ban Building, opposite the office of the Palestinian NGO Network in Gaza).
• The deadline for submitting bids (by hand) to SAFE Association's main office in Gaza is 08/09/2026 at 1:00 PM (Gaza time).
• Bidders must submit a bid bond in the form of a bank check, attached to the financial offer.
• SAFE Association is not obligated to award the tender to the lowest bidder and reserves the right to accept the bid in whole or in part.
• The successful bidder will bear the costs of advertisements published in newspapers and other platforms used to announce this tender.
• Bidders must submit a bid guarantee of USD 5000, issued in the name of    (Gaza Association for Agriculture and Environment - SAFE), in the form of a certified bank check or bank guarantee, in accordance with the tender documents.
• SAFE Association reserves the right to cancel the tender or re-tender the procurement process at any stage, without providing any reason or justification, and without incurring any liability towards the bidders.
