SAFE invites eligible contractors to submit bids for the project titled:
“Collection and Crushing of Debris and Public Road Pavement Works in North of Wadi Gaza – Lot 2”
implemented in partnership with UNDP/PAPP and funded by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in accordance with the conditions detailed in the Tender Dossier.
- Interested companies may collect the Tender Dossier from 22/08/2026 until 01/09/2026 between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM (Gaza time). (Interested tenderers must be classified by the Palestinian Contractors Union (First, Second, or Third Category – Roads, Infrastructure, or Buildings) and must submit a copy of the classification certificate to collect the Tender Dossier.
- A pre-bid meeting to address any inquiries will be held on 26/08/2026 at 1:00 PM at SAFE’s main office (Gaza, Al-Saraya, Abu Sha’ban Building, opposite the PNGO Gaza office).
- The deadline for the submission of tenders (by hand) to SAFE’s main office in Gaza is 03/09/2026 at 1:00 PM (Gaza time).
- Tenderers shall submit a Bid Security in the form of a Bank Check, together with the Financial Offer.
- SAFE is not bound to award the tender to the lowest-priced bidder and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender.
- The awarded tenderer shall bear the costs of advertisements published in newspapers and other platforms used for announcing this tender.
- Bidders shall submit a Bid Guarantee in the amount of USD 20,000, issued in the name of (جمعية غزة للزراعة والبيئة - SAFE), in the form of a bank-certified cheque or bank guarantee, in accordance with the Tender Documents.
- SAFE reserves the right to cancel the tender or re-tender the procurement process at any stage, without providing any reason or justification, and without incurring any liability towards the Tenderers.
