This project aims to provide an experiment and observation station that contributes to the development of the agricultural sector and includes the following elements:

•⁠  ⁠Agricultural greenhouses designed to adapt to climate change will be planted with new and diverse varieties of vegetables.

•⁠  ⁠Beehives will be cared for according to the best practices to produce high-quality natural honey.

•⁠  ⁠A sheep barn designed to display exemplary husbandry and care patterns,

•⁠  ⁠An open field provides a platform for experiments on growing improved seeds and seedlings resistant to climate change.

•⁠  ⁠A dedicated training space with logistics facilities

The farm is considered a center for applied scientific research and a field training and guidance platform for scholars and workers in this field.
